how to check trans fluid on a 2000 GA?
How do you check the transmission fluid on a 2000 GA with a 2.4 automatic? I found the filler hole but don't know how to check it. I got a drip from the trans pan but IDK if its the fluid or coolant. Its got a orange tent to it. I changed the fluid about 50k miles ago. Car has 166k on it.

Thier is a check plug on the pass side of the trans. You'll need it on a lift to check it.
It could also be power steering fluid as this leaks too and is in the same area.
