1994 olds 3.1L hesitates at 60mph

i have a 94 3100 cutlass. . FP is 35 in idle.. maf was cleaned.. tps showing +- 2.5 volts.. At 60 mph the tires hesitates.. in DRIVE or D no problems. I have no clue.. No codes on ECM. The transmission was replaced.. is it the mod for trans? Please advise

Need a clearer description of " hesitates, this fits too many performance issues.

im sorry about that.. okay the car at 60mph reduces power to the wheels.. like its running from 6cyl to 4cyl.. no power to the wheels.. i replaced plugs and wires and coil packs.. it like its mis firing but its not.. please advise

is that better?

Without actually feeling wht it is doing I'd suggest replacing the fuel filter for diagnostic purposes and if possible checking fuel pressure when this happens, you can tape the fp gage to the windshield and road test the car, look for at least 37 psi.
