Bose Radio?
I am looking into replacing my radio deck, but I am unsure if my car has the Bose system or just stock.
It is a 1998 GLS and does not have an aux input/ CD changer in the back. There is nothing on the deck or speaker grills that say Bose. I appreciate the help. |

Re: Bose Radio?
If it was a bose system the small tweeters on the doors will have a small label that says bose. There will also be an amplifier in the rear deck betwen the two rear speakers. The rear speaker magnets will also say bose on them.

Re: Bose Radio?
The flap on the tape deck would also have a bose logo and there would clearly be 4 speakers in the rear deck.
If you don't have the bose system, it's much easier to replace the head unit. if you do have it, though, the wiring is a bit complicated and will not follow the instructions you would get with a wiring harness for an aftermarket unit
