replace outter door handle?

it there really any easy way to replace the driver side door handle. its the outside one. i know to remove the inner panel and all trim etc. I was just wondering if yall have any pointers.

well i accually put the new one in today but its a 89 caprice wasnt hard at all but the new bolts sucked so i had to use the old hardware
