Heater problem

Hi,

I have just bought a 1996 Clio 1.2 Versaiiles, and the heater doesn't seem to be working very well. Can any offer any advice on what may be the cause and how easily it can be fixed.

it can be done by

easy way:
flushing heater radiator(or entire cooling sistem)

or hard way:
change heater radiator to new
