97 Caravan AC Door Acuator

I have a question about a 97 Grand Caravan.
I am helping out a friend with his Caravan.
The problem is as follows.
When the AC is turned on there is no cold air at the vents.
I know that the AC compressor is running normally.
The blower motor works fine on all settings.
The Blend door is working properly
The mode selector is working - Vent, floor, defrost are all ok
The recirculator accuator is working.

I think the isssue is the AC Door Accuator is bad. Does anyone know where this is located.

I know where the recirculator accuator is and the blower motor

Any help would be appreciated
