What's the difference between the 4cyl engines in the Accord?

In the 1994-97 Accord, there's a 2.2L 4cyl engine that makes 130hp in the DX/LX and 145hp in the EX. What's the difference between them? Isn't this just the same engine tuned differently? If I bought an LX, what would I have to do to the engine to make it as good or better than a standard EX engine?

Cool! That sounds pretty easy when you put it like that. How much does one of them run?

its not that easy, you gotta do some wiring conversions to add vtec and shit like that, but you can prolly find the head somewhere for like 500
