need wiring diagrams for DIC (97 gt)

Hey

i did the analog to digital conversion on my 01 GT

The digital DIC was out of a 97 GT i had sitting around

i followed the post from on here and hooked up all the wires as stated

but it didnt work, i then hooked up ACC power to the solid red wire and it came on, when i turned it off the low tire press light stayd on

so the wires for a 97 GT are a bit diff then the DIC these guys installed(they did one of a 99 GTP)(i think)

can u guys find me the wire diagrams for a 97 GT DIC please!

I have the DIC wiring diagrams for '97, however, what good would that do? The '01 doesn't support the low tire pressure monitoring system found in the '97 models and most likely does not have the wiring needed for the TP reset button and from the output of the electronic brake and traction control module (EBTCM) to the DIC. The low tire pressure monitoring system is controlled by the EBTCM which is the module that controls ABS, Traction Control and Magnasteer, if equipped.

Is the digital trip computer portion working properly on the conversion?

i just disconnected it for now

i dont mind if the tire pressure stuff dosent work

can u email me the 97 wiring diagrams so i can get the basic wires set up and go from there

Unless the GM FSM for 2001 shows it the low tire pressure monitoring system probably is not supported at the firmware or hardware level in the EBTCM module so disconnecting it is a good option for now.
