1995 Park Ave Belt tensioner
How in the world does this thing come off? i have taken out all the bolts i see and it will not budge any help would be great!

Today is your lucky day; Click Here for some fine detailed instructions on the VIN "K" tensioner removal. BTW, see the eight digit in your VIN, that is the engine code. Good luck!
