VIS Body Kit on my 98' integra

Hey, a few months ago a lady hit me in a parking lot and left, so i figured since eventually im gonna get a body kit why not jus tge tthe back piece so i ordered a VIS extreme back piece. Today me and my buddy tried to put it on and we got it on alright but does anybody have any suggestions on how to mount the liscense plate on a full fiberglass bumper or maybe what do do about the liscense plate light?
Please help, thi sis urgent
