03 Chevy s-10 zr2 4x4 clunk noise Help..
Winter is approching and I'm having trouble with my 4 wheel drive. Only while in 4 wheel drive I get a clunking noise. It is a load thump from the front to middle of car. It isn't a continues sound but it does happen alot while driving. Does anyone have a cure?

4W drive is not for driving on dry payment.
Only use on slick payment or muddy roaad. What transfer case? Transmission and engine and mileage? Have you checked the front shaft slip joint and U joints? How are the axel joints?
