91 cavalier 3.1 interferace engine????

I have a 91 cavalier 3.1 first when hot no power found bad injector and replaced alls well right. Not quite 100 miles later timing chain jump a tooth replaced chain and gears now runs ruff and noisy. Dose any one know if the 3.1 is an interference engine? I am thinking piston and valve have bumped into each other.

I don't know if it is or not.

If I had one, and thought I had this problem, I'd put a compression gauge on it, and check the squeeze in the holes...
