Parking brake light

I have 3.0 96 winny that has an intermittant parking brake light problem.
It does not come on all the time when I activate the parking brake handle. It use to. the handle holds the vehicle in drive. Thats when its up around the 5 click mark. My m/c its at the full mark. A few years ago I rebuilt the brake brakes and all seems well any suggestions. Btw I used this forum search feature and got nothing on the subject. PS. the bulb works all the time when I start the car

Re: Parking brake light

Rotorman

I would check the switch by the parking brake handle.
