read the FAQ page, this will answer alot of your questions, as for doing a single turbo u need a total different set of headers not even close to the vr4 headers. but yes u can put a single turbo on it. and welcome to AF>

Don't go single turbo...there is no sense in it. You can get more power out of twin turbo setups than your heart could desire. As he said, read the FAQ.

single turbo kit? yes, they're around...but it's alot easier to go twin turbo, as the parts are more readily available. For a single turbo you'll need all sorts of custom manifolds and plumbing...but i believe there are kits out now, if you dont mind spending a few bucks...

Common problems? read the FAQ thread.

Go to www.pricematchedparts.com and look on there for parts, call the number and ask jason to get you a TT setup he can get you anything.

And just out of curiousity, you do have some mechanical experience right? While it is doable for sure, a TT project will require some knowledge and experience.

There really is no such thing as a kit. There are alot of things you need to get from a donor car.

Unless you have a good bit of mechanical knowledge this is not something you want to partake yourself.

I realize you are new but the next time you make three threads like that you are going to take a short vacation.

Re: help me i just got a 96 3000gt. and i got some ?'s

A TT conversion may be easier, and cheaper, but a single set up on a FWD will be better for traction loss. You will also have a higher RPM torque, if sized properly. TT turbo's will make you break loose if you accelerate too fast, especially with stock 9b's.

Most common problems are lifter tick and click start issues.
