I bought a 08 Silverado with 17" wheels, i would like to know if I can install a 16" wheel 2003 with the same bolt pattern. Does it fit?

They might not fit. If I'm not mistaken the brake calipers are larger or somthing and they need the extra 1".

Re: 08 silverado wheel match

In 2005 GM went to a larger caliper and 17" wheels. The 16s will probably not clear the larger calipers.

Re: 08 silverado wheel match

Does anyone know if OEM steel 2008 17' wheels with 265/70/17s will fit a base 2003 silverado 2WD

Both obviously six lug.

Thanks
