V6 '00 Cobra

[68 Stang]

I was just recently at my local O'Reily's Parts store pickin' up some parts for my '68. When I got there, there was a 2000 Mustang V6. It puzzled me because it looked EXACTLY like a 2000 Cobra R( same ground effects, wing,etc..). I stared at it for awhile, then went in. When I went in the door, the man at the counter asked if I was a little confused by the look-a-like Cobra R. I said yes of course, and then he told me that it was his wifes, and he had it done at the dealer right after he purchased it. His car just looked Bad-Ass. The correct wheels and everything. I was just wondering if an of you have seen any of these mach Cobra R's. I think HiFlow5.0 might get a kick out of this, cause this "man" has two other Mustangs, and '88, and a 86. The 88 has nitrous, and over 600hp to the wheels! he says he cruises in the 86 until he finds a Camaro, then gets big daddy to finish 'em off.

An 88 with 600hp, nice! I just hope he doesn't plan on "finishing them off" in the Cobra clone. That would be funny!!

They used to have a gathering in the Barnes and Noble's parkinglot on exit 26, south of Houston. I saw my first 2000 Cobra R. It was sweet.
