how do you check codes...95 Riv SC

anyone know if there is a way to check codes on a 95 Riv SC without a scantool?any help at all would be appreciated...thnx

No way to check it without an OBD1 capable scanner & OBD11 cable!

Wow, really? I thought that all the (pre 96) OBD1 vehicles you could just jumper the two terminals ont he plug and count the long and short flashes of the SES light. The 95 Buick may be different though... I don't have an OBD1 GM anymore, but that still worked for my last one , a 94 S-10 Blazer.
