Relay Identification 2001 Jetta VR6
I don't have power to the #1 fuse, which is the glove box light and heated mirrors. The Haynes manual indicates this fuse gets power from a relay, but I have no idea how to locate this relay. Any ideas which relays feed which fuses? Haynes calls it contact relay 94, but doesn't indicate where to find it. I see a cluster of relays under the steering column, but they don't appear to be identified anywhere. Any body know how to identify relays?

Re: Relay Identification 2001 Jetta VR6
does the haynes have a wiring diagram. Find the diagram for the glovebox light and trace it back to the fuse and then to the relay it comes from. It should say something like "relay 6" and then look at the diagram for relays on the 13fold aux relay pannel and match up the relay.
