rebuild 4l60e - what kit should I get?

Hello all!
I have been surfin the Internet for info on what to get when I´m now about to reubuild my tranny. I lost 3rd and 4th so I gather the 3-4 clutch is gone. While I´m removing the gearbox for that repair I thought it would be a good idea to rebuild the whole thing so it´ll hold both more miles and eventually more bhp.
I couldn´t see any recent 4l60e rebuild threads so I started this one to see if there is any new ideas (or good old ones I´ve missed) out there.
My question is: what kits do You recommend, I´ve been looking at
the #k2 Combo on http://www.transmissioncenter.net/4l60e.htm
and someone gave this as an alternative:
http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=TCI-378955&N=700+4294854624+4294903954+115&autoview=sk u
But I´m not sure that´s more than "standard+" and the #K2 can cope with more bhp. I´m not looking for superextreme power but a tranny good for up to 400 bhp will suffice for anything I will afford to throw at it. For now I just want to get me a tranny that will hold the normal tiresmoking takeoffs now and then to make sad faces on fellow eurobox-driving Swedes

Since I´m just a happy home mechanic I just go on what info I can get on forums and some of my friends I trust with carmechanics (not many...)

I´ve decided to give trannyrebuild a go since I have a couple of V8-cars that need gearbox attention so I need to learn how to do it by myself rather that take them to the shop.
Any tips and ideas are welcome!
