Asd Fuse Blowing
 I dont understand this car. I have a 99 Stratus and I just replaced the ECM in it and the ASD fuse keeps blowing. It ran good for 1 day after i replaced it and now you cant make it out of the driveway. I am no mechanic but i tried taking out the relay and putting the relay in from the radiator high fan nad nothing is working. What can I do to figure out where the short is coming from guys??? HELP!
