Exclamation 1990 toyota xtra cab 4x4 22re-no power

I recently acquired a toyota through my bank that was turned in as a repo. Apparently the kid turning it back in thought it would be funny to pull all the vacuum lines loose before leaving!!! Trying to find proper routing has been a nightmare! Chiltons shows individual wires leading to the top of engine then(since all wires in book are black) you cant tell where they go!! sticker on hood is missing as well I have changed the plugs, wires, distributor, rotor, changed fuel filter and found routing for most of the lines, still have 2 on the firewall that are a question(2 hardlines running down firewall on passenger side right next to charcoal canister) I have also compression tested all cylinders and have good compression. I am trying to figure out why i have no power!!! I understand its a 4-banger, but should have something!! Only has 170k on motor and is a VERY nice truck, would like to figure out whats goin on under the hood. Not sure if its an injector problem, EGR problem, or what??!! Is it possible to clean your injectors or are they strictly a replacement item? The local yota shop here said they would be more than happy to have me bring it in and let them work on it, but i would rather spend money on getting it running right, not paying shop/labor fees!!! Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much
