You probably have an air bubble trapped in the cooling system. You can try letting the car idle with the radiator cap pulled off. The air bubbles should girgle out of there then the coolant should smooth out. Replace cap and enjoy no more over heating!

Re: Need some help 02 R/t

I have an 03 Dodge status and I can't understand after driving 30 or 40 miles it run fine. I stop the engine after 30 min. I try and start it and it runs but shorlty after about 5 min it starts to stall out I let it cool down for about 3 hours and it starts and runs like nothing is wrong. Has anyone had this problem ? please help.
