94 SC2 Problems
When I fist start it it runs rough for a little bit then is fine. Is this most likly the CTS? Also the Speedo doesn't work had a speed sensor code in it I made sure it was pluged in but still doesn't work. Do the sensors go bad or should I start chasing wires? Thanks Boz

Re: 94 SC2 Problems
Get the SES codes
Clean the EGR Replace your two wire ects with a brass one possibly get a new Vehicle Speed Sensor depending on SES Codes

Re: 94 SC2 Problems
It has a 24 for a code. Someone hacked the wiring and there is a yellow wire in A9 and a yellow wiring spliced in to a purple one at A10.

Re: 94 SC2 Problems
Where can you get schematics? I tried a diff sensor but still nothing. The wiring has me worried why the purple wire in the computer is spliced to a yellow wire. I have a purple and yellow wire at the sensor. Thanks Boz

Re: 94 SC2 Problems
the best source of free information I have found is AutoZone's website for this type of information. You can find the wiring guide here : http://www.autozone.com/shopping/rep...00c1528017eacc
I'm not extremely good with my 93 yet, but I'm getting things sorted out ... had the car less than a month and getting things recovered. |
