VW Golf MK3 VR6

I just finished the Fujimi Golf MK3 VR6

I used a magazine as reference and this is the result of it:

And here's the completed model:

.

If you watch the Golf from the magazine and how mine turned out, I'm very pleased with the result.

The kit is good, but some fitment could be better. The window and front and taillights are a pain to fit. This can be much better. The interior detail is also very low.

Here's a list with the modifications I did:

- from 5 to 3 doors
- cleaned thrunk
- cleaned doorhandles
- cleaned frontbumper
- ProjektZwo sidemirrors
- cleaned indicatorlights
- Porsche 911 Turbo wheels with Pegasus lowprofile tyres
- aluminium dubble exhaust
- ScaleProduction PE discbrakes
- maximum lowered
- HobbyDesign Porsche logo's
- ScaleProduction rallye seats
- Fujimi steeringwheel with Porsche logo
- MB zwarte interiorflocking
- ScaleProduction magazine, radiofront and plastic kit
- HobbyDesign 3D Porsche logo's

I hope you like the result. I do because the VWscene is my favorit tuning scene.

Kris.

Very nice and clean job, it looks hot with those Porsche rims!
The window trims don't look to be painted flat black, or is it just me?
Nice job overall, I am envy of the shine you achieved!

I painted the windowtrims black but it is hard to see. The rear side windows don't have a windowtrim, only a black glue trim, but this was to hard to paint.

Its that euro look you know!!!

I like it, it looks like a clean v-dub. The back windows don't look to bad, the back c-pillar should be a little smaller. You saved work from making it smaller though. Put it in the v-dub meet thread. Belongs to be there!!!

BTW Is it me, are the calipers there? Can't see them.
