95 ford tbird front brake problems

the front brakes do not engage and the pedal goes to the floor almost.rear breaks are locking up when i press to the floor.there is fluid and its full.bad calipers?cannot stop all the way.

I would check for leaks also but normally you need a rebuilt master cylinder.
You have to bleed the system and remove the air in the new unit. Read the instructions. Get help if you have never done one.
