VW Bora ECM power relay location

Hi All,
would anyone know the location of the ECM power relay for 2001 VW Bora 1.6L 16v. The simptoms are rather similar like one of the other threads i have found here, but nothing suggested there seems to work..
The car will be running till working temperature is reached and then it kind of sputters and dies..
It had a new ECM fitted and coded, new Engine speed sensor, new O2 sensor as well and I'm running out of ideas..someone suggested ECM power relay, but I cannot find the relay map on the web for the car.
If anyone has an idea of a location for this relay, or any other suggestions regarding the issue, it would be most appreciated.

PS. forgot to mention that the throttle body has been replaced as well..
VW technician sepnd 7 hours on it and the car has him completely baffled..
