Roadmaster A/C problem and fuse box

Can any one tell me where , if any ,another fuse box for a 1992 roadmaster is located. I 've checked the fuse box on the drivers door area,but keep being told there is another under the hood,but have had two people search any cannot find one.
My A/C problem is more heat related than a/c.The roadmaster has a auto temp control type system.When I choose to change the temp level to 90 or any temp the a/c kicks on and will not shut off until I switch the temp setting to economy,or outside air.Is there a a/c relay somewhere.
any help would be appreiciated.
