1993 Accord Electrical Problem

I have a 1993 Accord that seems to have some sort of electrical problem. It started with my signal lights blinking faster than normal. One of the sidemarkers was out so I replaced it. Problem not fixed. No other lights are out. Then after not driving for 3 weeks my radio started malfunctioning. After turning it on no sound came out and nothing showed on the display panel. I just left it on and after a few minutes the radio started. Also, I notice a very slight sort of burning plastic smell sometimes. Has anyone had this problem before?

Re: 1993 Accord Electrical Problem

It sounds like a bad ground connection somewhere.

To be on a safe side check you charging system, battery in particular.

Check all connectors under the hood.

Good luck,

Sam
