Handling package?

Does anybody know how to tell if my 95 Vic has the handling package or not? It is the LX model, I don't think it's the police cruiser. I need to order a new Power Steering Gearbox and I need to know if it has it. My Vic is leaving a huge puddle of power steering fluid everywhere I park. It is leaking from the connection to the pitman arm. How much would a garage charge me to do this job, anyone know? Also, when I get the gearbox replaced will it tighten the steering? It seems like my steering is very loose. (When it's full of fluid that is) lol

The LX model is non police, police models will have a P71 in the VIN number. As for the handling package it came with 16 inch alloy wheels with 225/60/R16 tires and air-spring rear suspension. You will also notice that handling package models
sit lower to the ground then non models.

do not forget that it will have dual exhaust.

True it will have dual exhaust with a digital dash, it has dual exhaust and no digital dash its a p71 without a handling package.
