what combination of parts would make my car to being close to a cobra... and i dont mean a supercharger...lol im in a club and i need to make my car hawl ass...

do wider tires make a difference? i got 275 on my stang and i feel it slower for some reason...

No, wider tires do not affect speed
Taller/Shorter tires will affect the final gear ratio.

4.10 gears, headers, o/r x-pipe, a good catback, a tune, timing adjuster and nitrous would bump you up there....
