So I got arrested yesterday..

Here is the short version of what happened.

me and my buddy go look at some tools at a tool place. then go to sears on the other side of town to look for some tools and on the way home we decided to go look for a new shop for PMP!! on our way to the road we where thinking off looking, we passed a place that was the perfect size and everything.. so we get out of the car and walk up to it and it has a for lease sign hanging there. I take down the number and go to look in the back (staying on the sidewalk even not like going behind the building) it looked killer (We actually might be getting that shop!!) then we turn around and start walking back to the car and a undercover cop pulls up in a durango and tells us to sit on the ground.. we where like.. aaaaa OK??
then out of no where like 6 more cop cars pull up.. me and Jeff where like WTF is going on.. It is 8:30 I am in shorts and sandals and white shirt and Jeff was in a white shirt.. the cops begin to tell us that a "eye witness" called the cops cause two white guys that match our description where breaking into the building kiddy corner from us.. (We never even crossed the road! not even close).. he gave us this be story about how if you just tell him the truth he will put in a good word with the DA and stuff.. I laughed and told him to go fuck himself cause we didn't do anything.. I was frustrated with how rude they where. then it got bad.. the eye witness came back and said that we WHERE THE ONES TRYING TO BRAKE IT!! WTF!! so the cops are like trying to get us to tell them we did it.. and I was like wait wait wait.. split me and Jeff up so we can both tell you EXACTLY what we have done today.. then the cop said that I have markings on my credit card like I have used it to brake into the door?? I was like WTF are you talking about.. its a credit card of course it has lines down it I use it every day! I have lines on ever one of my cc.. Finlay after us telling them our story the owner of the fucking place shows up and tells the cops that he has camera! and the officer comes back to us and is like well bad news guys we have you on camera! I tell the officer "Thank god! I am sick of sitting here and I want to go check out some other shops before its too late!" then I turn toward the other cop" This guy better not be blowing smoke up my ass cause that tap is going to be our prof"

After I said that they left us alone and came back and placed me under arrest for a speeding ticket I forgot to pay before the honeymoon (200 bucks.. not a big deal) but still I am pissed they wasted like 4 hours of my time.. and made me walk back to my car from the police station!! Also the cop took my CC and didn't give it back! WTF!


That is the sort version..

they like didn't believe we where looking for a shop.. I was like pull up my site on your internet.. here I will pull it up on my phone! Here is my Tax Id.. HERE is our addy now.. Mother fuckers.. AAARRRR!!


Oh and they wanted to tow my 3000gt that was parked cause the plates expired last month! 1 day overdue..

Wow man, that sucks. Some cops just plain suck. I have ran into some good cops but unfortunately they just go on this ego trip of how they are always right. This story may make you feel better; When I was 18 we decided to go out to a friend's cabin that always got busted for parties. We ordered a full keg of root beer and another filled with cream soda. We had at least 30 people there (all minors) and I called the cops pretending like I was someone who saw the party driving by. They show up and we all run inside and one of the cops grabs me and says, "so what's in those kegs"? I tell him, "cream soda and root beer". He yells back at me, "do not insult my intelligence, take a seat"! Well, after breathalizing 30+ minors, and checking both kegs for alcohol, and not coming up with one person to bust, the cops tucked their tails between their legs and left.

Damn Jason thats really harsh. I hate cops so much, and I totally agree about the ego trip. They always treat people like crap and they ALWAYS have to be right.

Then again I had a VA cop pull me over and point a gun at my head because he said I didnt pay for my gas. 5min later the store calls him and says the computer made a mistake. bastards.

I get they have to be dilligent, but they arent very good at reading people, it is obvious if someone doesnt have anything to hide.

Well, I need some SS lines and then I'll have everything for the braking system. After that I'll just need some powder coated calipers. Sadly, I don't think that will be enough for a down payment.
