Need information on FD3S...

Hey Im interested in a 3rd gen RX-7... Ive wanted one since i got my licence 4 years ago. Now that i can afford one i wanted to know how rare they are these days. I would also want some sights on where i can get information on them. I had a 1989 non turbo for awhile but it blew a apex seal. Ive been a toyota auto tech. for about 2 years now. I drove the twin turbo supra and a highly tuned 300zx tt. But the 3rd gen rx-7 was my favorite although i never drove one. if anyone has any tips on where to start off or what year was the best or what model to buy i would be happy to read the responces.....
