check gauges light blinks all the time and nothing wrong with gauges
I have a 95 Grand AM and to the bottom right part of the gauge cluster is a light, not the service engine soon light, the check gauges light....it is always blinking but no problem with any gauge. Does anyone know of a way to diagnose the problem through a schematic or a way to reset this light?

Re: check gauges light blinks all the time and nothing wrong with gauges
I would have the computer scanned for any codes stored. You maynot have an issue that'll cause a SES light but something else for the check gauges. It could be a sensor of some sort that's not registering properly. I would keep an eye on all the gauges and see if anything seems a little off. Volts, Oil Pressue, temp, or even the gas gauge can cause this light.
