obd code p2195 p2197 replaced o2 sen rough idle ?

Those are codes for O2's stuck lean right?

If so you have a vacuum leak and I would guess a pretty good one since you described the ruff idle. The oring type gaskets on the intake runners are fairly common to leak. A smoke test will quickly tell if this is true. You can also carefull spray carb spray around the intake runners as see if the RPM's change. I say carefully because it is flamable and you will be spraying around the coils. I had a car start on fire one time while doing this so I know from first hand experience. I have never used carb spray again after that!

If the 02 sensors are reading lean on a 2003 Expedition, here's the diagnostic procedure...first spend two hundred dollars the parts counter guy tells you to to replace the 02 sensors. Now, cuss the parts counter guy for telling you to replace two perfectly good 02 sensors. Now, on the right valve cover (as you are looking at it from the engine compartment) see the PCV valve. Reach back to the PCV valve, cuss because the engine is very hot. Drink coffee until engine cools. NOW grab line going to PCV valve, follow it back towards the intake...feel the boot that connects to the intake, feel the holes in the collapsed boot...cuss the auto parts store guy again for selling you 02 sensors. Replace little rubber boot, clear codes start vehicle. Stand back, smile and feel smart...drink beer. If this doesn't fix it, drink more beer until you decide to buy more 02 sensors...repeat.
