radio code for acura

I need help with my acura radio Model 39100-ST7-A600, Ref.No CQ-JH9710A, S/N 97A500083. This was given to me by a neighbor who replace his car stereo. The problem is the neighbor has move out of the area...can anyone help? Thanks

I am in the same boat. I bought a factory type radio to replace some store bought pos.
I received the VIN with it. A dealer is supposed to be able to look up the theft code from the VIN. My dealer said they would progam the radio for $70 on top of install cost.
I only paid $30 for the radio. I am going to see if the car service manual instructs on how to program the radio. I still need the code tho. good luck
