Best Pneumatic Torque Wrench for the Money?

OKay, I know this is a little off the beaten path, but I'm getting ready to do some work on my 1990 Mustang and I need an impact wrench for various jobs. I'd very much prefer an American-made 1/2" impact, but so far I haven't been able to find one. I'm willing to pay up to $200 for one that will produce around 500 ft-lbs of torque with up to 5.8 scfm of 90psi air.

SO, I'm asking for your opinions, testimonies, and recommendations. What manufacturer would be the best value? Craftsman, Craftmans Pro, Kobalt, Husky, Ingersol-Rand, Chicago Pneumatic, etc.?

Thanks much for the advice.

PS - My compressor produces 5.8 scfm at 90 psi.

I like Ingersoll-Rand I have 3 different brands and I like this one the best.
My neighbor who was a diesel mechanic said he purchased Ingersoll-Rand from Lowe's he said the same as ones on a tool truck and is cheaper. As they make various grades check for what you want. When I had a garage with two compressors and higher pressure they all worked better.
