Squeaking when I hit the accelerator...what is it?
everytime I accelerate i hear a squeaking sound, in fact, if the car is even running it is present but only barely. The higher the RPM the louder and faster the squeak. It is definitely coming from the belt. I was just wondering if anyone has any prior experiences with this so....yeah. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What year and engine? Sounds like a new serpintine belt and tensioner are in order.
