Talking 420a Nitrous

I have been doing a little bit of research and there is a lot of mixed information out there on nitrous so i was hoping you guys could maybe help me with a few questions i have about putting a nitrous system on my 420a. Besides from the mods i have listed in my avatar i will also have 4-1 headers and a new exhaust before i think about doing this. I know a couple of you have played with nitrous a little bit but i was wondering if anyone has had a kit on a 420a for some time, and if they did how it held up to it. I was looking at a kit NX made which had the jet placed in the intake and shot it into the TB. Its a dry kit and i also got a lot of mixed info about which is better, wet or dry... My best assumption was that as long as it was set up properly and not abused to stupid extremes that it would be ok.

If this isnt a bad idea what kind of shot do you think would be appropriate for a 420a with stock internals? My first thought was something in the 30-50 rage but i kinda thought 50 was pushing it. Would something like 30 be to small to be worth it?

The engine runs like new, honestly, and hasnt given me any problems. There are 134K miles on the engine, but like i said it runs very strong and has been well taken care of and tuned up.

I found this article a few of you wrote a while ago but i guess i dont feel it answered my questions.

Thanks for any info and/or your thoughts.

I wouldn't go over 35 or you may blow the head gasket. I have heard of some people running 50 but others dont make it there.

Re: 420a Nitrous

How about my application? Would I be alright with my mods running about a 75 shot? Given the fact that im real close to installing a lsd...? And like he said, which kit is best for me?
