Fender Flare Brackets

I bought a "project" '97 Jeep at auction last spring. I am just in the final stages of finishing it up and one of the things I did was get a new paint job. I pulled pretty much everything off for the paint, including the brackets for the wheel arch flares. I didn't realize how much money the dealer wants for them. They were pretty rusted so I threw them away before I found out how much (over $200, ridiculous). Any ideas on where to find them? The studs pretty much snap right off but was thinking about hitting the junkyard and grabbing a set that way and drilling them for a sepate bolt/nut setup. More work for sure but if it's cheap enough, that's what I am thinking.

I don't want to put on the Bushwhackers because 1) you have to cut the body and 2) I am not ready for the lift kit/big tires yet and I think they'll look stupid until I do. I couldn't find any other aftermarket applications (it's a '97 and everything seems to be for up to '96). Any suggestions?
