difference between a 2001 sl2 motor and a 99 sl2 motor
i recently purchased a 2001 twin cam to replace my 99 sl2 twin cam. are there any differences between the two motors that will need to be addressed to make it work? thank you

The only difference is the intake manifold. One is plastic ('01) and one is aluminum ('99). However all the sensors match up with no problem. This is a plug and play swap
