LED Snakes (yet ANOTHER snake-eye mod)

What do you guys think? I havn't mounted or wired anything yet, this is just a prototype/proof of concept. If i do it, the LEDs will be perfectly evenly spaced and pointing in the same direction.
This is sort of like LiquidPunk's LED snakes exept I'm going for more 'points of light' where as his was more of a glow. To do that i'm going to use only 3 LEDs per snake, and use shrouds on them.
Too rice? needs more LEDs? opinions wanted.

From what I see, I like it. You should take a picture of them from farther back that includes the whole car. Kind of hard to tell that close up.

alright, finished. I abandoned the 3-point look and went with a whole row of 18 white LEDs across the top of the inside of the snake lens. I also put a small row of 9 orange LEDs right below them and hooked them into the turn signal. Have pics...but they dont do them justice. I couldnt get it to come out how it looks in real life. Tried shorter exposure, but it still comes out kind of flooded with light. Unfortunately, my camera doesn't have apeture size adjustment
In person you can actually see the individual LEDs. It looks sick.
