2000 Grand Am Popping noise on front end.......
Ok...I have had sooo many things replaced in the front end of my car that I don't know what could possibly be bad now. I have had both of my cv axles, outer and inner tie rods, lower control arm, wheel bearings, etc. all replaced. If my car is in park I can gently wiggle my steering wheel back and forth and you can hear a little pop each time you wiggle it in back and forth. Now, when I am driving on the highway I hear something rattle and it seems to be coming from the same area up on the drivers side. I have been told that it looks like my caliper is a little loose(meaning that it is probably needing replaced since I do have 137xxx on this car), so could this really be the cause of this noise or do you know of anything else that this could possibly be? Thanks so much.

Re: 2000 Grand Am Popping noise on front end.......
I would have somebody take a real good look at the Bolts that hold the rack and pinion in place. These are notorious for loosening up and causeing noises.
