97 expedition problems

I have 3 problems with my expy right now, all are fairly minor, but annoying the *H*T outta me.....

1: My sunroof goes down too far before sliding back, I have to hold it up a little with my hand to make it start sliding back or it won't go. What could be the prob?

2. My heat only works on 4 (High). I had a similar problem with a probe I used to have, except that DID NOT work on high.

3. My front overhead light and rear wiper will not function. I checked what I believe to be the right fuse. Is there a relay that controls them both or something I'm missing?
