Ferrari F40
Hello.....
Well ...this is not the very first Tamiya F40 ever posted in this forum, but this is my version of it. I still having some problems with the orange peel , some suggestions perhaps ? Clean build!
As for the orange peel, the best thing is to manage not to make it happen, however if it happens you'll have to polish it until you get a satisfactory result (you can use micromesh or polishing compounds and wax). |

I think one of my method is to warm up the spray cans (if you are using cans) and shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes to make sure the paint is mixed nicely. That will help the paint flow better out of the can.
Hope that helps! I almost seldomly polish (polish using tamiya compound coars to finish only, instead of wetsanding)or clearcoat my paint work by doing this. |
