99 Ram 1500 electrical problems

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab - Getting Frustrated. Everything was working ok, but after sitting and the battery going dead, I used the Battery Charger to boost to start the truck. Now the following items do not work:
Blower Moter, Power Windows, Speedometer, ABS and Air Bag Lights are on.
Truck runs fine, Radio, Tach and other Gages work.
IP Fuseblock - Fuses are not broken, but #2 Blr Mtr, #3, ABS/RWAL, #5 Illum, #7 Back-up LMP, #18 Air Bag, #19 Air Bag, and Pwr Window Breaker all do not have power when tested with test light. All others do.
What to check next ?????
