Question 95 Villager Electric Seat & Auto Seatbealts

Ok.......... Not sure how to post or want to post. But have a 95 Villiager and the Electric Seats for the Passanger side will not work and the fuse is good. Don't really know what the deal is. And the Elect Seatbelts will not work either. Are they on the same ciucut? Could it be a relay or is the pass. seat doing all the trouble if on the same circut?

Dirvers side was hotwired to get it to work. Any type of ideas?

Also there is a strange noise from the left rear of the van after I put on new front struts and stuff.
