Can I get a quick reply on the intake / exhaust torque psi as well as the cylinder head please. Is there a free place other than the library to get these answers on line.....yup not a internet nerd and very sloooooooooooooww

Intake is 14 ft-lbs
Exhaust is 38 ft-lbs
Cylinder head is first-22 ft-lbs
second is 36 ft-lbs
third is an additional 90 degrees.
