Engines for 1995 Achieve

1996 Olds ciera 3100 swap.
GA_googleFillSlot("Forums_ROS_300x250_noad"); var tcdacmd="sa=a;sz=3;ad";

Will a 1996 ciera 3100 bolt into a 1995 Achieve?

Will a 1996 ciera transmission bolt into a 1995 Grand Prix?

Any expert info on the 3100 V6 would be great.

To start is this a Ciera SL and what model Grand Prix?

Both use the 4 speed 4T60E autotransaxle, GM RPO code M13 so the swap would work. The only difference may be the differential final drive gearing. Double check the SPID labels and see if the transaxle is the M13 4T60E.
