Rough Acceleration problems

I have a 93 Integra with a b20b Crv swap with about 40k on the motor. one of my friends powerwashed under the hoood and now when i start up my car it struggles. i would Drive the car small popping noises would come out the tail pipe every once in a while, plus the acceleration is alot slower. After 10-15 minites of constant driving my engine light would come on. im guessing this might have to do with my ignition system so i changed the plugs, wires and Distributor cap and no luck. Can someone please help me out thanks alot.

hi waters got into the wiring connecters or if your ecu under the bonnet water may have got into this check every connector take them apart spary them with a damp start spary good luck paul
