Hesitation question....??????

I have a '01 1.6L accent. Auto trans. It has 125K miles. Everytime I gradually accelarate from a stop it seems there is a hesitation from when I press the gas and it starts going. I have resently changed the fuel filter, air filter, oil change.
Any ideas???????
